Develop My Ministry exist to equip pastors in their walk and in their work. We equip primarily through pastor gatherings, consulting and coaching.

It is our belief that healthy, growing pastors are the key to healthy, growing ministries. We desire to help the church accomplish her mission of making disciples by coming along side of pastors and helping them move forward in their personal and professional growth. We believe a brotherhood community filled with grace is the way forward to accomplishing our mission.
